This Privacy Policy explains how FiveToClose collects, uses, and shares information when you use Pro Money and related pages on pro.fivetoclose.cloud.

Information We Collect

We may collect the following information:

Account information, such as your email address, password hash, authenticator setup status, credit balance, purchases, and login/session data.
Payment-related information processed by Stripe, such as checkout session details, purchase amount, and whether a payment was completed. We do not store full card numbers.
Plan inputs you submit, including selected money categories, your goal description, credit usage, timestamps, and generated PDF metadata.
Technical information such as IP address, browser type, device data, cookies, logs, and security events.
Messages or support requests you send to us.

AI Inputs and Outputs

When you generate a money plan, we send your categories and goal to multiple AI providers — such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Together/Qwen, xAI, Z.ai/GLM, Google Gemini, DeepSeek, or other configured providers — and synthesize their responses into a PDF. Those providers process inputs and outputs under their own terms and privacy policies. Prompts and outputs are processed in memory and may appear in provider systems, request logs, browser state, or support material if you share them with us.

How We Use Information

We use information to:

Provide, secure, and improve Pro Money.
Create and manage accounts, sessions, 2FA, credit balances, and PDF generation.
Process payments, credit purchases, refunds, disputes, taxes, and fraud checks.
Route your goal through AI providers and deliver synthesized money-plan PDFs.
Monitor usage, prevent abuse, troubleshoot errors, and enforce our terms.
Communicate with users about accounts, purchases, service updates, or support.

Cookies and Sessions

We use cookies and local browser storage to keep you signed in, protect access to paid features, and operate the service. You can clear cookies in your browser, but doing so may sign you out.

How We Share Information

We may share information with:

AI model providers used to build your money plan.
Stripe and payment-related service providers.
Hosting, security, analytics, email, support, and infrastructure providers.
Professional advisers, legal authorities, or other parties when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights, prevent fraud, or enforce agreements.
A successor or buyer if FiveToClose is involved in a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets.

Data Retention

We keep account, purchase, credit, and usage records as long as needed to provide the service, satisfy business or legal requirements, prevent abuse, resolve disputes, and maintain accurate financial records. We may delete or anonymize information when it is no longer needed.

Your Choices

You may request access, correction, deletion, or export of your account information by contacting us. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling a request, and some records may be retained when required for security, accounting, legal, or fraud-prevention reasons.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, including HTTPS, password hashing, signed session cookies, and authenticator-based 2FA. After you purchase credits, authenticator setup is required before the panel unlocks. No internet service is perfectly secure, and you are responsible for protecting your account credentials and authenticator device.

Children

The service is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

International Use

The service is operated from the United States. If you access it from another location, you understand that information may be processed in the United States and other countries where our providers operate.

Updates

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
